IAMLEGENDARI LLC

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the IAMLEGENDARI LLC website and your purchase of, enrollment in, access to, or participation in IAMLEGENDARI LLC coaching services, memberships, spiritual development programs, workshops, courses, digital products, educational materials, communities, and other offerings.
By accessing this website, completing a purchase, enrolling in a program, scheduling a service, or participating in an IAMLEGENDARI LLC offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms presented at the time of purchase or enrollment.
1. ABOUT IAMLEGENDARI LLC
IAMLEGENDARI LLC provides faith-based coaching, mentorship, spiritual development, education, personal development, wellness-oriented programming, workshops, memberships, digital resources, and related services.
Our services are designed to provide education, accountability, support, spiritual development, personal growth, and practical tools for development.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, IAMLEGENDARI LLC services are coaching and educational services. They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, legal services, financial services, or another form of licensed professional care.
2. FAITH-BASED NATURE OF SERVICES
Certain IAMLEGENDARI LLC programs and services are expressly Christian and faith-based.
Depending on the offering, services may incorporate Scripture, prayer, Biblical teaching, Christian discipleship, spiritual development, discussions regarding identity and purpose, spiritual gifts, calling, character development, and other faith-centered concepts.
By voluntarily purchasing or participating in a faith-based IAMLEGENDARI LLC offering, you acknowledge and accept the spiritual nature of that service.
3. COACHING & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Coaching is a collaborative developmental relationship. IAMLEGENDARI LLC may provide education, perspective, accountability, questions, strategies, resources, exercises, spiritual development guidance, and other coaching support.
Clients remain responsible for their own choices, actions, beliefs, relationships, finances, health decisions, business decisions, spiritual decisions, and personal outcomes.
Participation in an IAMLEGENDARI LLC program or service does not guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional, relational, professional, financial, business, or personal result.
4. COACHING TEAM
IAMLEGENDARI LLC utilizes a team-based coaching model.
Depending on the program or service, clients may receive support from multiple authorized coaches, mentors, facilitators, or designated team members.
Relevant client information may be communicated internally between authorized IAMLEGENDARI LLC team members on a limited, need-to-know basis when reasonably necessary to provide or coordinate services, maintain continuity, obtain internal consultation, or appropriately support the client’s development.
The handling of private coaching information is further governed by the IAMLEGENDARI LLC Client Privacy & Confidentiality Policy and any applicable Client-Coach Confidentiality Agreement.
5. CLIENT & PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
Clients and participants are expected to interact respectfully and appropriately with IAMLEGENDARI LLC coaches, team members, students, clients, and other program participants.
Harassment, threats, bullying, intentional disruption, unauthorized solicitation, misuse of confidential information, repeated boundary violations, unauthorized distribution of proprietary materials, or other behavior that materially interferes with the safety or purpose of an IAMLEGENDARI LLC service or community may result in restricted access or removal.
6. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices for products, memberships, programs, and services will be disclosed at the time of purchase or established through a separate written agreement.
By providing payment information, you authorize IAMLEGENDARI LLC and its authorized payment processor to charge the amount disclosed at checkout or within the applicable service agreement.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current billing and payment information.
IAMLEGENDARI LLC reserves the right to change pricing for future purchases, enrollment periods, memberships, products, or services. Pricing changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase or existing contractual payment obligation except where expressly permitted by the applicable agreement or law.
7. PAYMENT PLANS
Certain IAMLEGENDARI LLC services may be offered through installment payment plans.
A payment plan may represent installments toward an agreed purchase price or contractual program commitment and should not automatically be interpreted as a cancel-anytime monthly membership.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer or agreement, withdrawing from a program or discontinuing participation does not automatically eliminate remaining amounts owed under an agreed payment plan.
The specific terms disclosed at purchase or contained within a separately signed service agreement will govern that payment arrangement.
8. MEMBERSHIPS & RECURRING BILLING
Certain IAMLEGENDARI LLC memberships or services are offered on a recurring billing basis.
The applicable membership price, billing frequency, and recurring nature of the membership will be disclosed at enrollment.
By enrolling in a recurring membership, you authorize IAMLEGENDARI LLC and its authorized payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the disclosed billing schedule until your membership is canceled.
Members may cancel their recurring membership at any time.
Cancellation applies to future recurring membership charges. Cancellation does not automatically reverse or refund a payment that has already been successfully processed.
9. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
Members wishing to cancel a recurring IAMLEGENDARI LLC membership may submit a cancellation request at any time.
To begin the cancellation process, the member must email their cancellation request to:
The cancellation request should include sufficient identifying information for IAMLEGENDARI LLC to locate the applicable membership account.
Once the cancellation request has been received and processed, future recurring membership billing will be discontinued in accordance with the applicable billing cycle.
Members are encouraged to submit cancellation requests before their next scheduled billing date.
A cancellation request does not retroactively cancel, reverse, or refund a payment that has already been successfully processed.
Cancellation of a membership and requesting a refund are separate matters. A member’s right to discontinue future recurring billing does not create a right to reimbursement for a completed purchase.
10. FINAL PURCHASE & REFUND POLICY
All completed purchases are final.
Once a payment has been successfully processed for a membership, coaching service, program, workshop, course, digital product, workbook, educational resource, event, or other IAMLEGENDARI LLC offering, that completed purchase is considered final and non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by IAMLEGENDARI LLC in writing.
For recurring memberships, members retain the ability to cancel future recurring billing at any time in accordance with the Membership Cancellation Policy above.
Cancellation does not create a right to reimbursement, refund, credit, or reversal of payments completed before the cancellation was processed.
Failure to attend, participate in, access, download, use, or complete a purchased service, program, membership benefit, product, or resource does not by itself create a right to a refund.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to eliminate consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS
Individual coaching appointments or other scheduled services may be subject to separate cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies disclosed during scheduling or contained within an applicable client agreement.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the policy applicable to their scheduled service.
IAMLEGENDARI LLC may reasonably reschedule an appointment when necessary because of illness, emergency, technical difficulties, scheduling conflicts, coach availability, or other circumstances affecting the ability to provide the scheduled service.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all original IAMLEGENDARI LLC curriculum, courses, workbooks, worksheets, videos, recordings, graphics, frameworks, exercises, documents, downloads, educational resources, coaching materials, written content, program materials, branding, and other proprietary content are owned by or appropriately licensed to IAMLEGENDARI LLC.
Purchasing or receiving access to IAMLEGENDARI LLC content provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use that material for the purchaser’s personal educational and developmental purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, resell, sublicense, upload, commercially teach, publicly share, modify for commercial distribution, or otherwise commercially exploit IAMLEGENDARI LLC proprietary materials without prior written authorization.
Purchasing access to content does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property
13. PROGRAM & COMMUNITY CONFIDENTIALITY
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of other individuals participating in IAMLEGENDARI LLC groups, memberships, classes, coaching environments, communities, and programs.
Another participant’s personal story, testimony, circumstances, photographs, messages, or private disclosures should not be recorded, screenshotted for distribution, publicly posted, reproduced, or shared outside the applicable environment without permission.
Because group programs involve independent participants, IAMLEGENDARI LLC cannot guarantee that every participant will comply with confidentiality expectations. Participants should use appropriate discretion when choosing what personal information to disclose within group environments.
14. RECORDINGS
Certain group coaching sessions, classes, workshops, meetings, courses, or educational events may be recorded for replay, educational, program, or training purposes.
When applicable, participants will receive appropriate notice that a session may be recorded.
Participants may not independently record, reproduce, publish, distribute, or otherwise share IAMLEGENDARI LLC coaching sessions, classes, programs, or other proprietary programming without authorization.
Private client information will be handled in accordance with applicable confidentiality policies and agreements.
15. PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER
IAMLEGENDARI LLC coaching, mentorship, spiritual development, educational, and wellness-oriented services are not substitutes for licensed medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or other regulated professional services.
IAMLEGENDARI LLC does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or mental health conditions through its general coaching services.
Nothing provided through IAMLEGENDARI LLC should be interpreted as directing an individual to discontinue medication, therapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or other services provided by an appropriately licensed professional.
Clients remain responsible for obtaining appropriate licensed professional care when needed.
16. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
IAMLEGENDARI LLC does not guarantee specific results from participation in its coaching, educational, spiritual development, business, membership, or other services.
Individual experiences and outcomes vary.
Testimonials, reviews, case examples, success stories, educational discussions, or descriptions of previous client experiences are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute promises or guarantees that another individual will achieve the same or similar result.
17. WEBSITE & DIGITAL PLATFORM USE
Users may not misuse the IAMLEGENDARI LLC website, digital platforms, client portals, communities, courses, or technological systems.
Prohibited activities include attempting unauthorized access, interfering with website or platform security, impersonating another person, distributing malicious software, circumventing access restrictions, improperly sharing login credentials, or obtaining proprietary materials through unauthorized means.
18. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
IAMLEGENDARI LLC may use third-party platforms and providers to facilitate payments, scheduling, electronic signatures, video conferencing, email communications, community interaction, course delivery, website functionality, and other business operations.
Use of these platforms may also be subject to the independent terms and privacy policies of those providers.
IAMLEGENDARI LLC is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control involving the availability, functionality, security, or independent policies of third-party providers.
19. PRIVACY & CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable IAMLEGENDARI LLC privacy policies.
Clients receiving coaching or related services should review the Client Privacy & Confidentiality Policy and any applicable Client-Coach Confidentiality Agreement.
Internal communication of client information among authorized IAMLEGENDARI LLC coaches is limited to legitimate need-to-know purposes as described in those policies and agreements.
20. RIGHT TO REFUSE, RESTRICT OR TERMINATE SERVICES
IAMLEGENDARI LLC reserves the right, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations, to refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to services when reasonably necessary to protect IAMLEGENDARI LLC, its coaches, team members, clients, students, communities, intellectual property, or legitimate business interests.
This may include circumstances involving fraud, harassment, threats, significant or repeated boundary violations, misuse of confidential information, unauthorized distribution of proprietary materials, nonpayment, abuse of services, or material violations of these Terms & Conditions.
Termination resulting from a participant’s violation of these Terms does not automatically create a right to a refund.
21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IAMLEGENDARI LLC and its owners, employees, coaches, contractors, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or participation in IAMLEGENDARI LLC products or services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
IAMLEGENDARI LLC may revise these Terms & Conditions as its business, services, programs, technology, policies, or applicable requirements change.
The effective date displayed at the beginning of this page identifies the current version.
Material changes affecting existing paid services or contractual obligations will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any separately executed agreement.
23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any additional governing law, dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration, or venue provisions contained within a separately executed client or service agreement will govern that particular agreement to the extent legally enforceable.
24. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
25. ADDITIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENTS
Certain IAMLEGENDARI LLC coaching partnerships, programs, memberships, workshops, services, or other offerings may require a separate agreement.
Those agreements may establish additional terms regarding payment commitments, scheduling, confidentiality, participation, intellectual property, cancellation, termination, or other matters.
When a separately executed agreement contains terms specifically governing a particular service, those specific terms will control over inconsistent general provisions contained within these Terms & Conditions.
