CLIENT PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

IAMLEGENDARI LLC

IAMLEGENDARI LLC is committed to creating a private, respectful, and trustworthy environment for every individual receiving coaching, mentorship, spiritual development, educational, or related services through our organization.

This Client Privacy & Confidentiality Policy explains how information shared within a client-coach relationship is handled, including the limited circumstances in which information may be communicated among authorized members of the IAMLEGENDARI LLC coaching team.

1. OUR COMMITMENT TO CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY

Information shared by a client through coaching sessions, assessments, intake forms, written or electronic communications, coaching notes, goal-setting, spiritual development discussions, assignments, or other coaching-related interactions will be treated as confidential.

IAMLEGENDARI LLC will not intentionally disclose identifiable client information to other clients, students, program participants, friends, family members, outside organizations, or other unauthorized third parties without the client’s authorization, except as otherwise described in this policy or as permitted or required by applicable law.

2. OUR TEAM-BASED COACHING MODEL

IAMLEGENDARI LLC provides services through an authorized coaching team. Because multiple trained team members may contribute to a client’s development and support, limited internal communication may occasionally be necessary.

By participating in IAMLEGENDARI LLC coaching services, clients understand and agree that relevant information may be communicated between authorized IAMLEGENDARI LLC coaches or designated team members when reasonably necessary to:

• Provide or coordinate coaching services;

• Maintain continuity within the client’s coaching relationship;

• Obtain appropriate internal consultation or supervision;

• Coordinate assignments or transitions between authorized coaches;

• Address a coaching-related concern requiring appropriate team involvement; or

• Provide support reasonably connected to the client’s development and participation in IAMLEGENDARI LLC services.

Internal disclosure will be limited to information reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

The existence of a coaching team does not mean that every coach or team member has unrestricted access to every client’s personal information.

3. NEED-TO-KNOW CONFIDENTIALITY STANDARD

Authorized coaches and team members may access, request, or discuss client information only when there is a legitimate coaching-related reason to do so.

Client information may not be accessed, discussed, or disclosed for curiosity, gossip, casual conversation, entertainment, personal purposes, or any purpose unrelated to authorized IAMLEGENDARI LLC services.

Any client information appropriately communicated within the coaching team remains subject to IAMLEGENDARI LLC’s confidentiality standards.

4. NO SHARING WITH OTHER STUDENTS OR CLIENTS

Information disclosed within a client’s coaching relationship will not be shared with other students, clients, members, or program participants.

Participation in the same course, group, community, membership, coaching program, or spiritual development program does not give another participant access to a client’s private coaching information.

Information disclosed privately during an individual coaching relationship will remain separate from general community or group discussions unless the client independently chooses to share that information.

5. PUBLIC DISCLOSURE, TESTIMONIALS & MARKETING

IAMLEGENDARI LLC will not intentionally publish identifiable confidential coaching information on social media, websites, advertisements, marketing materials, teaching materials, testimonials, case studies, or public success stories without appropriate authorization from the client.

A client’s participation in IAMLEGENDARI LLC services does not, by itself, constitute permission for their private coaching information to be publicly disclosed.

6. RESPONSIBILITY OF OUR COACHING TEAM

Authorized IAMLEGENDARI LLC coaches and designated team members who receive confidential client information are expected to safeguard that information and use it solely for legitimate purposes connected to their authorized responsibilities.

Unauthorized access, use, copying, distribution, discussion, or disclosure of confidential client information is contrary to IAMLEGENDARI LLC’s confidentiality standards and Code of Conduct and may result in removal from coaching responsibilities or other appropriate internal action.

7. LEGAL & SAFETY LIMITATIONS

While IAMLEGENDARI LLC is committed to protecting client confidentiality, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in circumstances where disclosure is permitted or required by applicable law.

IAMLEGENDARI LLC or an individual coach may disclose information when legally required or authorized to do so, including in response to a valid court order, subpoena, governmental requirement, or other legally enforceable obligation.

Information may also be disclosed when permitted or required by applicable law in circumstances involving an immediate or serious safety concern.

When legally permitted and reasonably practicable, IAMLEGENDARI LLC will seek to limit any such disclosure to information reasonably necessary for the applicable legal or safety purpose.

8. COACHING CONFIDENTIALITY IS NOT LEGAL PRIVILEGE

IAMLEGENDARI LLC provides coaching, mentorship, spiritual development, educational, and wellness-oriented services.

Unless separately provided by an appropriately licensed professional acting within the scope of their professional license, IAMLEGENDARI LLC coaching services are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal representation, or another professional relationship that automatically creates a legally recognized evidentiary privilege.

Our commitment to confidentiality establishes standards governing the client-coach relationship but does not create a legal privilege that applicable law does not otherwise recognize.

9. CLIENT CONSENT

By enrolling in, purchasing, scheduling, or participating in IAMLEGENDARI LLC coaching services and affirmatively accepting the applicable Client-Coach Confidentiality Agreement, the client acknowledges the team-based nature of IAMLEGENDARI LLC’s services.

The client specifically understands and consents to limited, need-to-know communication of relevant information among authorized IAMLEGENDARI LLC coaches and designated team members when reasonably necessary to provide or coordinate the client’s services.

This consent does not authorize IAMLEGENDARI LLC to freely distribute a client’s private information throughout the organization or disclose confidential coaching information to other students, clients, program participants, or unauthorized outside parties.

10. QUESTIONS OR PRIVACY CONCERNS

Clients who have questions regarding the handling of their coaching information or who believe their confidential information has been handled improperly are encouraged to contact IAMLEGENDARI LLC directly.

Privacy and confidentiality concerns will be reviewed with appropriate discretion and addressed in accordance with IAMLEGENDARI LLC policies and applicable requirements.

This Client Privacy & Confidentiality Policy is proprietary to IAMLEGENDARI LLC and is intended to communicate the privacy and confidentiality standards governing IAMLEGENDARI LLC client-coach relationships.
