LTASH is a spiritual development program for anointed women called to leadership who desire to cultivate a deep and abiding relationship with God while growing in wisdom, discernment, character, and spiritual maturity.

We believe that intimacy with God changes everything. As women grow in their understanding of His nature, His ways, and His Word, that growth begins to overflow into every area of life—our homes, our marriages, our children, our leadership, our businesses, our stewardship, and the generations that follow us.

LTASH was created for women who are ready to engage deeper with Scripture, apply biblical wisdom, and intentionally partner with the work God is doing within them. Women who recognize that spiritual growth is a lifelong journey, and desire to walk closely with God and steward their season well. This space is created for women who are committed to developing the habits, disciplines, and character that support lasting fruit.

Inside LTASH, women are guided through a structured journey designed to strengthen their spiritual foundation and increase their capacity to steward what God has entrusted to them. Through teaching, mentorship, accountability, reflection, and community, members are equipped to:

  • Increase discernment and biblical wisdom

The Heart of LTASH

We believe that God develops people before He entrusts them with greater responsibility. Wisdom is valuable, character matters, and stewardship creates capacity. We believe that spiritual maturity is cultivated through obedience, consistency, humility, and a willingness to remain teachable and that what God establishes in one generation has the power to impact the next. The prayers we pray, the disciplines we build, the healing we steward, and the wisdom we embrace become part of the inheritance we leave behind. We believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose again to bring us the Holy Spirit and grant us eternal life and as we live this life on earth we are an adopted people with the same authority in us. We believe in Kingdom impact.
