Coach Ariel combines biblical wisdom, neuroplasticity techniques, and practical strategy to help women stretch to greater capacity, renew their minds and move from survival mode into clarity, skill development productivity, and purposeful living.
Her combined education on the physical and spiritual body has inspired her to help women recognize limiting beliefs, build healthier habits, strengthen spiritual discernment, and develop practical strategies for personal growth, identity development, and Kingdom assignments. Many of us focus only on what we can see that we forget to take care of the pars of us that are unseen. It’s easy for gifted women to be satisfied by the presence of their gifts but learning how to lay them back on the altar and submit to the walk toward spiritual maturity is what truly allows a person to excel in their destined field or position from a place of rest.

Coach Melanie specializes in emotional wellness, heart healing, and developing deeper intimacy with the Lord. She’s spent years walking in deep, personal relationship with Jesus and her desire is to help other women make that irreplaceable connection with Him for themselves.
Through faith-based coaching and Holy Spirit breathed learning tools, she helps women develop emotional awareness, navigate difficult experiences, establish healthy boundaries, and grow in emotional and spiritual maturity. Her approach creates a supportive environment for women to strengthen their relationship with God while developing healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. Her heart to heal the sick surpasses the physical realm as she actively works the field of heart and spirit healing.

Her coaching equips women with the knowledge and confidence to create structure, manage their responsibilities, and turn their visions into organized, actionable steps.
